Executive Coaching
Overview
Behavior change and true growth begins with an awareness of leadership
strengths and areas for improvement. An integral part of the GILD curriculum
combines the power of the Leadership Assessment
Instrument™ and Executive Coaching to foster genuine understanding,
real-time application, and accelerated leadership development.
The Institute offers participants the opportunity to continue their coaching
program after the week ends to ensure the achievement of their
short and long term developmental goals.
Options
Through a variety of solutions, participants can customize an individual
program with a coach of their choice from the GILD faculty:
OPTION 1
Individual Coaching:
Early Bird Rate

2 visits plus 10 coaching calls= $6,000
After 11/16/07

OPTION 2
Results Back Guarantee Coaching:

No payment until coaching is completed

Pay only if the leader improves

Includes all telephone coaching and on-site visits

Corporate Packages
Corporate purchase of a Leadership package to be distributed as desired to
individual leaders (Minimum is 3 coaching sessions per Leader)

Mid managers - $300 per hour (minimum 24 hours to company)

Senior leaders - $350 per hour (minimum 24 hours to company)

Teams - $400 per person on phone for 6 sessions, or $1500 for half day (3
session minimum)
