Executive Coaching

Overview

Directed by the results of his/her 360° Leadership Assessment Instrument™, each GILD participant works one-on-one with an executive coach selected from the world's most experienced faculty of executive coaches.

These coaching sessions will provide participants with the support system needed to make real, accelerated and measurable improvement in their leadership behavior.

How it Works

The GILD Coaching Process engages participants with three, one-hour private coaching sessions (two onsite at GILD and one 4-6 weeks after GILD).

  • Session 1: Awareness
    Objective: Interpret the Leadership Assessment Instrument™ results

  • Session 2: Reflection
    Objective: Build and commit to an individual development plan

  • Session 3: Execution
    Objective: Revisit, refine, and recommit to the plan
