A team of approximately 20 leaders whose development has been are identified as
critical to the future of the organization

Support global growth and expansion goals by accelerating the development of
key leadership skills, knowledge, and abilities throughout the organization.

Develop a targeted, action-oriented, and results-driven leadership development
experience for highest potential leaders that is scalable, customizable, and
easily integrated with current and future key human capital processes
Overview
The Leaders Teaching Leaders Process (LTLP) is an exclusive partnership between
select organizations and Linkage. It's a year long, sustainable leadership
development process that leverages internal and external expertise to
dramatically increase the number of qualified leaders for future leadership
positions.
LTLP combines best practices in leadership development to accelerate the growth
of senior and/or emrging leaders. Participants receive the following
instruction and learning exposure:

Leadership development advisory services from Linkage is CEO, Phil Harkins

Proprietary and Proven Assessment Instruments

Each participant is responsible for creating an Individual Development Plan
(IDP) to be approved by their manager

Participation in GILD, a world class leadership development program

Blended learning using world renowned faculty in 8 Excellence in Management
Leadership Series (EMLS) broadcast sessions via satellite, videoconferencing
and web broadcasts and/or DVD/VHS extended view

course of the year covering critical leadership topics

Peer learning networks with other LTLP member organizations

Participation in the Global Institute for Leadership
Development (GILD)
What is achieved?
Now in its 11th year, The Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD) is
a five-day, competency-based, distinctive learning experience that accelerates
the development of emerging and senior leaders.
How does it work?
In addition to the wealth of benefits GILD offers, LTLP participants receive
additional value including:

Special orientation session to GILD, which includes instruction on maximizing
the GILD experience and a primer on networking

Real-time sessions at GILD, which allows participants to share key learnings,
ensure development objectives are being met, and customize remaining program

A half-day action planning session at GILD, which produces concrete action
plans for each participant and closure as a team

Access to a Leadership Coach
What is achieved?
Provide participants with the support system needed to make real, accelerated,
and measurable improvement in their key leadership behaviors.
How does it work?

Over three hours of one-on-one coaching with a highly skilled leadership coach

With over 50 leadership coaches to choose from, each participant is ensured a
partnership with a coach that fits his/her style and development needs

Coaching relationship can be easily extended to provide additional support
throughout the year (additional option)

The Excellence in Management & Leadership Series
Broadcasts (EMLS)
What is achieved?
World-class continuous and practical learning and development in the
competencies proven to differentiate superior leadership
How does it work?

A world-class faculty of leaders and leadership thought leaders such as Marshall
Goldsmith, C.K. Prahalad, Warren Bennis, Clayton Christensen, John Kotter and
many more. (8 sessions throughout the year)

Convenient, flexible, and scalable format via technology-enabled blended
learning methods (i.e. satellite, videoconferencing & web, as well as
extended view on DVD/on-line)

reinforce behavior change and help participants apply the learning to their

On-Site Skill Building
What is achieved?
To complement and build-on the GILD learnings, we provide onsite skill-building
designed to hone the leadership skills essential to producing better results.
Our experts will work closely with your leadership development
practitioners to identify the critical leadership skills that fit the specific
needs of the group.

More than 30 highly-rated, action-oriented learning workshops to choose from

Each workshop provides a highly interactive forum with role playing,
simulations, case studies, and action planning based on real-life business
challenges

Provides the internal LD champions in LTLP member organizations with a valuable

Two annual network meetings, the first taking place at Linkage's Best of
Organizational Development Summit and the second at GILD, provide rich,
immersive discussion that deepens personal connections
